The typical ROSS Design Services electronic design is microcontroller-based combining both digital and analog circuitry. Most of our electrical engineering efforts involve embedded design with a strong user-interface element. Our electrical engineers have completed designs that have included:

• LCDs and LED displays, Audio and amplifiers
• RS-232, RS-485, and CANBUS networking
• PID, closed-loop feedback, constant-current, PWM
• Infrared, RF, RFID, Fiber optic
• Analog/Digital conversion, sensors and switches
• Windows and PDA software control

To prove product concepts, an electrical engineer will layout and build prototype P.C. boards using through-hole or surface-mount technology. We have completed complex prototypes in as little as two weeks. Continued development leads to complete electronics which we can produce in small to medium volumes or oversee large-scale production.
